The location was perfect, just an 8-minute walk to the Colosseum. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was smooth, and the local pizzeria next door offered delicious affordable meals, creating a delightful experience.

the stairs were just absolutely unrealistic, and don’t get me started on the door—the struggle was real. it's surprising for such a 'premium' location that I didn’t receive a complimentary bottle of wine, I mean, that’s basic hospitality, right? almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn't. disappointed, to say the least.

Consider using their WhatsApp service for quick communication and check-in options. It made our arrival hassle-free and the staff was extremely accommodating.

What shines and what doesn’t

The location is unbeatable! You can admire the Coliseum from your window, and amazing restaurants are just around the corner. Fresh towels and bed sheets were provided daily, which was a nice touch.

There’s no lift, making it a challenge to haul luggage up three flights of stairs! The noisy street and some lingering smells from the bathroom were quite distracting during my stay.

Finding the hotel took a bit of effort since it's hidden behind a locked door requiring a buzz for entry. The coffee machine in the reception didn't work, and there were no water glasses provided in the room. Climbing three flights of stairs with your luggage doesn't help when you're already tired from sightseeing, and some areas could use better maintenance given the age of the building.

Communication was smooth via WhatsApp, and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Just be prepared for the fact that you’ll need to climb three flights of stairs with your luggage, as there's no lift.
